All the Non ECR passport holding Indian emigrants are advised to register by the Ministry of External Affairs on website of “emigrate.gov.in”

All the Non Emigration Check Required (Non-ECR) passport holding Indian emigrants travelling to the 18 ECR Countries with effect from 1st January 2019 on ‘Employment Visa’ notified as per circular No. Z-11025/12/2017-OE-III issued by the Ministry of External Affairs are advised to register online at least 24 hours prior to the journey and the registration can be done by visiting the website of “emigrate.gov.in”.

PLC submits representation before Hon’ble Ministry of Civil Aviation seeking urgent intervention against exorbitant air fares in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell through its President, Adv. Jose Abraham has submitted a representation before the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the wake of reports that airline companies in particular the national carrier Air Indiais charging exorbitant fares from Indian expatriates for travel in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell (PLC) decided to submit the representation, after receiving numerous grievances from financially weak Indian Expatriates, who are finding it very difficult to bear the astronomically high travel expenses.
