Derecognition of over 200 Indian Organisations by Indian Embassy in Kuwait: HC Issues Notice to the Centre
Honourable Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Union of India on a petition challenging the derecognition of over 200 Indian organizations by the Indian Embassy in Kuwait.
The order was issued by Justice Chawla on a petition filed by Babu Francis, President, Overseas Nationalist Cultural People, Kuwait and Country Head, Pravasi Legal Cell, Kuwait, through Advocate Jose Abraham, President of Pravasi Legal Cell.
