Book Releasing "Safe Emigration" in Tamil

Dear friends,
We are happy to announce the releasing of "Safe Emigration (Tamil)" authored by Mr. Jose Abraham, AOR, Supreme Court of India, and translated into Tamil by Mr. Saranath, Advocate, Madras High Court.
Published by Paideia Books, the book will be released by Hon’ble Justice N. Seshasayee, Judge, High Court of Madras on January 3, 2020 at the Madras Reporters Guild, Chepauk, Chennai at 4.00 pm.
Hon’ble Dr. Justice (Rtd.) P. Jyothimani, former Judge, High Court of Madras & Chairman, Monitoring Committee, Solid Waste Management, Southern States will be receiving the first copy of the book.

PLC submits representation before Hon’ble Ministry of Civil Aviation seeking urgent intervention against exorbitant air fares in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell through its President, Adv. Jose Abraham has submitted a representation before the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the wake of reports that airline companies in particular the national carrier Air Indiais charging exorbitant fares from Indian expatriates for travel in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell (PLC) decided to submit the representation, after receiving numerous grievances from financially weak Indian Expatriates, who are finding it very difficult to bear the astronomically high travel expenses.
