13 States Respond Positively to PLC's PIL for Establishing Online RTI Portals

We are happy to inform you that as of now 13 states have responded positively to the PIL filed by PLC in the Supreme Court of India, seeking directions for establishing online RTI portals across all Indian states.
The remaining states are directed to file their response before the next hearing date.

Mr. Sunu Skaria, who recently got a new job in Qatar was a former employee of Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket from 2008 to 2012. PLC submits representation before Hon’ble Ministry of Civil Aviation seeking urgent intervention against exorbitant air fares in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell through its President, Adv. Jose Abraham has submitted a representation before the Ministry of Civil Aviation in the wake of reports that airline companies in particular the national carrier Air Indiais charging exorbitant fares from Indian expatriates for travel in these Covid-19 pandemic times. Pravasi Legal Cell (PLC) decided to submit the representation, after receiving numerous grievances from financially weak Indian Expatriates, who are finding it very difficult to bear the astronomically high travel expenses.
